CoreUTV Return Policy

We stand behind the products we sell and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If something’s not right, we’re here to help.

Standard Returns

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

To be eligible, items must be:

  • In the same condition as received

  • Unworn or unused

  • In original packaging, with tags

  • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

To begin a return, please e-mail us at info@coreutv.com. Once your return is approved, we’ll provide instructions on how and where to send your item. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Non-Returnable Items

Some items are not eligible for return, including:

  • Electrical parts and components

  • Items that have been installed or used

  • Opened gasket sets or seal kits

  • Special order or custom products

  • Final sale or clearance items

  • Gift cards

Exchanges

The quickest way to get what you need is to return the original item and place a new order once your return is accepted.

Refunds

We’ll notify you once your return has been received and inspected. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that processing times may vary by your bank or credit card provider.

EU Customers – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order was shipped to the European Union, you may cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason. All returned items must meet the same condition requirements listed above.
