1. Where do you ship?
We currently ship exclusively within the United States. We do not offer international shipping at this time. All orders are fulfilled from our U.S. warehouse in Pflugerville, Texas.
2. How long will it take to receive my order?
- Processing time: 1 business day after payment confirmation
- Delivery time: 1–5 business days via UPS or FedEx
- Estimated total delivery timeframe: 2–6 business days (processing + shipping)
- Please note: Delivery times may vary slightly during peak seasons or holidays.
3. Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! All orders within the United States receive free standard shipping. There are no hidden costs or additional charges.
4. How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track your package directly on the carrier’s website (UPS or FedEx) using this number.
5. What is your return policy?
- We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective or sent in error.

6. Can I cancel my order?
- Orders can be cancelled before shipment for a full refund.
